Good location for a family vacation

very big rooms , the Gardens were very orgnised, and the location was good since it was possible to buy whatever you needed from the nearby markets.

Breakfast was monotonous, and the hotel has a agreement with one of the Beach contractors to provide sunbeds and umbrella for 20 € pro room, we didn't go to the pools since they were relatively small.

Loved this hotel but it seems we need to find a different one for the next time

The room size is excellent. The pool is superb and my favourite place in the big hotel area. The breakfast was fine and could can make hot toasts by itself. Lots of place to walk inside of hotel area and enjoy. Every evening playing music next the pool.

Clothe cupboard next to the outside wall smells with mould already. We did not put any clothing there for this reason. However, no mould seen from outside nor inside. Air conditioning was confusing to turn on first night and we had a bad sleep due high temperature. Next day the technician arrived and explained how to use. It was possible to turn on air conditioning with different settings. The room service did not brought toilet paper and I was forced to walk to reception to get new one. This happened second time out of 3 our visits.

room was really stuffy and smelly. It was then changed to a different room. Spa was closed. Breakfast option could be better.

I would really recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing trip!

The property was really nice and relaxing. The pool was great and the rooms were comfy. The staff were really helpful and nice as well.

There wasn’t any info when booking the property that you had to wear a swim cap to use the pool. This was mentioned when checking in resulting in having to pay 3€ for a swim cap per person. There was also an unimaginable amount of mosquitos around the room and in the room. There must be stagnant water near the room, in the room or on the roof to cause this.

Toilet needs to be updated. Change toilet seat as a bit yellow and put silicone around shower to get rid of mould.

It was a nice location and place was amazing, all resort clean , but really old.

We had really old room, without any good viewing, because it was like a terrace, and you don’t have access to this place. Furniture was old, and they missing a lot of things before check in, like toilet paper, and shower gel.. I think they can be prepared better.

Properly was good but need carefully look about customer care, food also pool cleaning. Parking is a massive headache too. Make sure to pay at the machine not the the app

Location is near the pisa airport. Hotel has all basic required facilities.

Comfortable and convenient, nice rooms and very welcoming staff

Liked the location, the size of the room, the grounds and the aircon

Bathroom - didn’t like the fact it was internal with no window. Also didn’t understand the need to wear a swimming cap in the pool.

Ok but your website is very misleading.

Proximity to beach, Pisa.

There should be a charging station in the room that does not automatically turn off. Parking was horrible, the signs designating the parking slots are impossible to see from your car. The pillows were horrible. More should be provided. We skipped eating in the restaurant for dinner , which was ok because of the many great places right outside the resort. But breakfast was very disappointing.

Very enjoyable if a little limited

Lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly helpful staff

The location was further from restaurants and shops than I expected from what I read. It and the surrounding areas were very much in wind down for end season. The beach in particular had very little still available- no food, no water etc. Not the hotels fault obviously but it was advertised as 'their' beach. Also the hotel spa was closed

Our stay was last minute booked in the evening, they accommodated us and even upgraded us as they didn’t have a double r

The room was comfortable and had good water pressure in the shower.

The property needs updating and lighter paintwork in the rooms and it all seemed dark, the bathroom was not very clean and the mastic around the bath most definitely needs replacing.
